The .870 exhaust header is designed for modified Honda GX200 and Clones. 

This header also fits the Tillotson 196/212/225, Ducar 196/212, and Predator Hemi 212 Engines. The Header can be made to fit the Predator Non-Hemi by elongating one of the bolt holes. 

This new design header with a thick flange will solve a lot of your header issues. With its upswept design, it will clear Champ Kart and Outlaw kart cages. The redesigned flange angles the header away from the chain guard eliminating contact; this will also help reduce arm burns against the chain guard. This header helps modified engines that turn less than 7800rpms. To raise peak power numbers on faster turning engines, we recommend the .960 exhaust pipe.
