1500-IV EC 1.5 Ratio Roller Rockers for Briggs Intek V-Twins

These Roller Rockers are made from billet aluminum and have a 60rc hard roller tip. The 1.5 ratio adds 1.5 x cam lift for your total valve lift. The added lift and lightweight stabilization give huge performance gains and added reliability to your valve train. 1. Rocker arms may hit the top of the valve cover. You will need to fabricate a valve cover spacer for proper fitment.

2. You must use a high-grade oil-soluble assembly lube when installing the rocker’s arms. We recommend the Maxima Racing Oil Assembly Lube. 

Pour oil over the rocker’s arms heavily to ensure your valve train is lubricated before starting your engine. 

3. Installation Check List

• Valve Spring Install Height
• Valve Spring Coil Bind at Max Lift
• Retainer to Valve Guide Clearance
• Piston-to-Valve-Clearance
• Degree Camshaft
• Measure and Set Rocker Arm Geometry
• Measure and Cut Push Rod Length after Rocker Geometry is set.

Rocker Arms are not bolt-on installation and require expert engine-building tools and techniques. DO NOT ASSUME COMPONENTS WILL CLEAR. This is the number one reason for engine and rocker arm failure. There is no warranty on these rockers’ arms, and they cannot be returned after installation.
