First Designed for the Tecumseh Star engine, racers have since installed them on many different engines with a 1-inch PTO shaft. They also found this clutch to be very tunable for the different types of racing. This clutch is manufactured with a machined billet steel drum for consistent engagement. Tunable stall speed with the change of springs from 2500 to 4000 RPM.

The Noram Star has become the industry standard for most racing lawnmowers running single-cylinder and twin-cylinder engines.
