We designed and made this ourselves due to the lack of quality in other aftermarket needles and seat kits. The market is full of bad needles and seat kits and this is the number one tuning issue when rebuilding the HD model carburetors.

Many want to replace the high side nozzle as a way to prevent the carburetor from flooding. If you are experiencing flooding from the high side nozzle the reason for this is a leak coming from the needle and seat, not the nozzle itself. The nozzle check ball’s only role to prevent backfires from damaging the carburetor.
